Position: VAM Coordinator
Location: Kuwait Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated VAM Coordinator to join our team. The VAM Coordinator will be responsible for managing Vendor and Asset Management (VAM) processes and procedures across the school.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and manage effective VAM processes and procedures.
• Monitor and review asset management system, and other related systems to ensure compliance.
• Ensure all data is accurate and up to date in the management system.
• Maintain asset management records, reports, and metrics.
• To Follow management processes, policies, and procedures.
• Track and monitor asset related expenses.
• Collaborate with the Procurement and IT teams to ensure effective and efficient asset management.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
