We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Telemarketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team!
Job Description:
• Make calls to our potential customers and introduce our products and services.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
• Track leads and update the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or offers.
• Keep records of calls and customer details.
• Help the sales team with preparing proposals and sales materials.
• Handle client queries and ensure timely responses.
• Assist with promotional campaigns and events.
• Prepare campaign reports and sales reports Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets. 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales coordination (preferred).
