Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring HR policies are followed.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and assist with employee development programs.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and address employee queries.
• Assist in payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support HR strategy by implementing initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Prepare HR reports and analyse data to recommend improvements.
Basic Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-6 years in HR, with a focus on employee relations and HR operations.
