Salary – 1,1100 KD
Qualification, Experience & Skills: Qualification: BE (4 Years Course) in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Fire & Safety, production, Industrial or Instrumentation discipline from a recognized university.
Work Experience: 8 Years related experience in the design, installation and management of engineering projects preferably in security equipment or low voltage systems related positions. Skills: Computer skills including MS Office suits, Security risk assessments and technical security systems.
Job Description:
1. Conduct systematic security risk assessment of the company facilities/assets. This includes, identifying potential threats to assets, evaluating risks to assets, evaluating effectiveness of existing security measures, preparing risk assessments reports, identifying and recommending security risk (physical/electronic/procedural) needed to protect the company assets.
2. Conduct technical review of security elements (Physical & electronic) in the company projects to ensure project comply with the company security standards and security requirements. Provides appropriate security recommendations/solutions corresponding to the security risks.
3. Evaluates technical proposals, designs and specification of electronic/physical security systems and submits recommendations to supervisor.
4. Assists in supervising contract activities in project related to security.
5. Conduct regular inspection of physical and electronic security systems in assigned locations in the company and submits inspection reports and recommendations.
6. Conduct security audit plan of facilities, security services and security patrol operations. Prepares audit reports and recommendations. Provides advice and daily support to the supervisory levels.

Job Description:
1. Conducts feasibility studies to assess the financial and other technical implications of security aspects in projects. Participates in defining project scope and standards, preparing complete packages with justifications and recommendations to supervisor. Studies requests for additional work to be executed by projects contractors at site, prepares scopes of work and specifications for all variation orders.
2. Defines technical specifications of security equipment and materials for various projects. Participates in evaluating the pre-qualifications of local and international bidders for security aspects of projects, submits recommendations based on detailed studies and analysis of bidders technical capabilities and similar projects.
3. Supervises security engineering projects to ensure its adherence to contract terms. This includes reviewing contractor’s detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring conformity to contracts terms and design drawings, incorporation own comments on technical matters of construction phase.
4. Supervises field acceptance tests of various security equipment and systems, such as investigating trouble spots and instituting corrective measures, completing project plan commissioning and ensuring rectifications is carried out by contractor.
5. Conduct regular inspection of physical and electronic security systems in assigned locations in the company and submits inspection reports and recommendations.
6. Inspects security systems maintenance, verifies maintenance works and operability of the maintained systems and submit reports.
7. Conduct security audit plan of facilities, security services and security patrol operations. Prepares audit reports and recommendations. Provides advice and daily support to the supervisory levels.
8. Attends pre-tender and pre-award meetings, provide technical security support, answers queries, provides clarifications to bidders, and ensures that proposals under review are in line with company’s requirements and procedures clarification to bidders.
9. Liaises with concerned personnel in case of stolen or damages equipment/materials in his designated area and participates in the related investigation.
10. Performs other related duties such as providing advice to operating groups post-commissioning, coordinating procurement, construction schedules and priorities governing major items, attending weekly meetings as project team member, writing technical reports, adhering to HSEMS rules and regulations, developing requirement for job training.
3 – Security Trainer Qty – 4
Salary – 1,000 KD Qualification, Experience & Skills: Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in science or equivalent from a recognized university Work Experience: 6 Years in security management and training Skills: Professional Knowledge of physical and electronic security systems, security management systems, security management systems, excellent training skills, fluent in oral and written communication in English and Arabic, good Analytical and reporting skills, Familiar with the company HSESMS procedures skills and knowledge in MS office applications.
Job Description:
1. Conducts training needs analysis in association with security operational teams and human resources teams.
2. Prepares training programs, training manuals for familiarization/induction programs, theoretical trainings, practical on-the-job trainings, security awareness programs and obtain approvals.
3. Impact theoretical and practical hands-on training on all security including security management systems, access control system, intruder detection system, monitoring systems and CCTV systems.
4. Impart theoretical and practical training for physical security procedures like site guarding, patrolling, use of detection systems, security response to incidents.
5. Conduce security awareness programs for company personnel, contractor personnel and visitors.
6. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions. 7. Prepare and submit training reports.
4 – PC Operator Qty – 8
Salary – 400 KD – 540 KD Qualification, Experience & Skills: Qualification: Secondary School Certificate and diploma in PC Work Experience: 4 Years in relevant field Skills: Fluent oral and written communication in English, Good computer skills and knowledge in MS Office applications
Job Description:
1. Carries out normal secretarial duties in the form of taking dictation, operating PC for typing, preparing memos/tabulations, e-mails, reports and correspondence for supervisor’s signature, checking the business languages, spelling punctuation and grammar.
2. Receives correspondence, involves registering and distributing the same to appropriate recipient, using discretion if required and ensuring that out-going mail is dispatched promptly with correct distribution list both manual and electronic.
3. Organizes and maintains a fling systems for the team and follows up to insure efficiency and security at all times.
4. Keeps an inventory of all stationery, controls its issue and re-orders when required to maintain stock as required.
5. Processes documents, such as overtime, NWA, Travel time, salary allocations, time sheets, leave forms and all related calculations thru the company’s computer system.
6. Performs other related duties, such as furnishing information as required and take notes, operating DIMS, keeping leave schedules, ensuring that office is kept clean and tidy and arranging for office equipment repairs and ensuring HSE rules and regulations.
5 – Security Women Qty – 10
Salary – 315 KD Qualification, Experience & Skill requirements Qualification: Secondary School and Two Years Diploma in security or related fields Work Experience: 2 Years in Industrial Security Skills: Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English & Arabic, operating computer, MS office suits, general safety awareness, operating security equipment, search techniques, defensive driving.
Job Description:
1. Performs guarding services at the assigned locations as instructed by the company.
2. Checks personnel, equipment, vehicles and goods to and from assigned area and facilities, ensures that only bonafide and legitimate personnel, equipment, vehicles and goods are allowed access and exit from these facilities.
3. Assists visitors by making necessary contacts and obtaining required clearances for entry from the company authorized representatives. Maintains visitor’s registration log and other related records.
4. Reports any incident of a serious / unusual nature that occurs during his duty assignment to his supervisor.
5. Prepares gate passes for the company visitors and outsiders and submits to his supervisor for checking / approval performs tasks related to printing and issue of ID cards.
6. Prepares gate passes for vehicles and submits to his supervisor for checking/approval, maintain records accordingly.
7. Prevent drivers from parking at unauthorized places or streets and reports violation.
8. Receives and cancels on system, expired and /or invalid ID’s passes etc.
9. Assumes full responsibility for the role as envisaged by the company’s health, safety and environment management systems (HSEMS)
10. Operates and monitors communication, access control, alarm, security systems as required following appropriate procedures.
11. Monitors security of assigned area utilizing security systems such as CCTV system and reports security observation to supervisor.
12. Performs any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
