A Medium Size Construction Company is looking for Secretary/Accounts Clerk (Female)
Must meet the followings requirement:
1) Commerce Graduate.
2) Minimum 2 Years Experience.
3) Must have a good hand in Ms-word, Ms-Excel & Tally (Accounting Software).
4) Must have an accounting background.
5) Fluent in the English Language.
6) Residency must be transferrable (18 Article Only).
7) Salary Range: KD 200.000 – KD 250.000
Job Descriptions:
1) Handle Company Correspondence & Emails.
2) Prepare Contractors”””” Payment Certificates.
3) Prepare Payment Cheques.
4) Prepare Purchase Order & Follow-up.
5) Prepare Salaries for staff & workers.
6) Handle Petty Cash.
7) Other works as assigned by the Manager.
