Responsibilities Lead, manage, and support a team of sales representatives. Set clear team goals and performance expectations. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and objectives.
Ensure sales representatives are equipped with the necessary tools and resources. Ensure the team provides outstanding customer service. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare and present sales reports to the Sales Manager. Monitor and manage sales expenses within the allocated budget. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive performance. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
