Understand client needs and objectives to propose customized solutions that address their challenges and drive value. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
