We are urgently seeking to hire a talented Arabic- English speaking Sales and Customer Support Executive to join our growing auto parts sales team located in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales with companies that operate vehicle fleets, such as logistics firms, delivery services, construction companies, and transportation providers.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective fleet companies in our target market Utilize online tools, databases, and networking to build a robust pipeline of sales leads
2. Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media Qualify leads, understand their auto parts and service needs Craft tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet their requirements
3. Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing fleet customers Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner Upsell and cross-sell relevant auto parts, accessories, and maintenance services
4. Sales Optimization: Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and content Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to maximize conversion rate.
Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of customer support and sales experience in Auto Parts or Car Garage sales
– Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English and Arabic languages.
– Immediate joiners and Visa 18 holders preferred.
– Proficiency in using CRM software, sales automation tools, and data analysis
– Thorough understanding of the auto parts market and the needs of fleet-based businesses
– Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
