We are reputed trading company in Kuwait, we are looking for Assistant Business Manager or Business Manager (Safety Outfits/Tools/Trading) Job description/responsibility/experience:
Build and leverage relationships with cross-functional teams (i.e. buying, planning, marketing and distribution) and our partners to obtain information necessary to create and execute business strategies. Promote range of products and services including PPE, Outfits/Coverall, Site Equipment, Tools, First Aid, Fire Equipment and Safety Signage etc. Manage and grow portfolio, promoting additional spend, deal with Vendor. Identify and develop sales, marketing and promotional opportunities at the category, concept, collection and article level to maximize sales for both pre-season and in season for all tiers and regions. Analyze seasonal assortment of products, use the data to create strategy for future seasons, and recommend courses of action with cross functional team, Corporate Customers related PPE requirements, Coordinate Marketing efforts for PPE, Coordinate Industry Trade Shows for group including planning, setup, attendance, scheduling, and move out etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent spoken and written communication-English, Arabic (Basic).
Ability to identify and quantify sales opportunities and market trends.
Qualifications: Bachelor/Master Degree university level/ Science/Engineering/ Business or equivalent combination of experience: Applicants for the role of Assistant/Business Manager (Trading) should have at least 5 years” experience in trading of Safety outfits/PPE/HSE and Tools division.
