A well established Exchange Company, seeks applications for the position of bilingual receptionist. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. She will be responsible for answering incoming calls, taking down messages, directing calls and messages to appropriate associates, professionally handling of visitors and clients, filing of papers, etc. Skills: Basic computer skills in MS office packages, namely; MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Language proficiency in English & Arabic.
