A leading transportation company is looking for Operations Clerk with below requirements:
1. Coordinate with the customs supervisor on all import / Export shipments process.
2. Good knowledge of computer applications i.e. word, excel, outlook, power point, (Visio will be advantage).
3. Transportation industry experience – 3 years minimum.
4. Resolve customer problems and complaints such as scheduling problems, service failures, special requests etc.
5. Provide administrative support to operations team to ensure well-organized operations.
6. Interact with the customs to ensure appropriate communication links are maintained.
General requirements:
1. Must have transferable residency.
2. Bilingual, added advantage.
