• Draft official correspondence (letters, memos, faxes, emails) of a standard nature using standard templates for consistency.
• that the status of all correspondence can be monitored from start to finish.
• Travel Arrangements
• and thoroughness in the implementation of the same.
• Documentation and Presentations
• Provide assistance in preparing documents, spreadsheets and presentations by using software
• packages such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and the intranet to produce high quality output.
• Administrative Support
• Annual Leave Update
• Time Attendance
• Guests and Public Service
