We are looking for a candidate who has good experience in Office Administration
Duties & Responsibilities :
• Manage the company’s administrative functions, including human resources, , accounting, and office operations.
• Provide administrative support as needed to management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other secretarial duties
• Maintain records and file management procedures
• Monitor office inventory, ordering office supplies and other materials as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of company information
• Keep company files organized and maintained
• Assist with HR operations
• Coordinate special projects as needed
Basic Requirements :
* Visa should be 18 Number ( Ahli/Normal) Transferable visa
* Minimum 3 years of work experience required
* Age limit between 20 to 30
* Nationality : Indian ( Female)
* Salary between 300 KD to 350 KD depends on experience and knowledge
