Looking for an Administrative Clerk for a construction and plumbing company.
Duties:
– Preparing working documents: inquiry ledgers, quotations, invoices, receipts, delivery orders, etc.
– Entering and maintaining company records.
– Handling customers face to face, over the phone and via email.
– Following up with customers about inquiries.
– Supervising the office.
– Assisting in miscellaneous office duties.
Requirements:
– Educational degree preferred.
– Administrative experience required.
– Must speak English and Arabic.
– Must have Visa 18 (transferable).
