We are looking for a dynamic and experienced legal coordinator to join our team.
The Legal Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with legal requirements. Responsibilities: Assist in drafting, reviewing and editing legal documents, contracts and agreements Coordinate and manage legal correspondence, including emails, letters and memos Maintain and organize legal files, records and databases Conduct legal research and gather relevant information as required Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and court appearances for legal team members Liaise with internal departments and external parties to facilitate legal processes and transactions
Assist in preparing presentations, reports and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Legal Studies or related field 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role Bilingual Proficiency (English & Arabic)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in legal research and document management
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Valid Driving License
Age between 25-35 years
