HR Officer Required (Female & Indian Nationality) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
• Plan and organize employee training and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience working in HR roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Transferable Article 18 Visa and Immediate Joiners are required.
