“A well reputed School is looking to employ a dynamic HR Assistant with excellent English-speaking skills, efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility to relocate.
Responsibilities:
Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, HR related inquiries or requests.
Maintains digital and Physical records of employees. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Assist with the recruitment process by securting candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Maintain calendars of HR management team. Assist with management procedures.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Generate and submit reports on general HR activities.
Process payroll collecting time and attendance records.
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice. processing visas, securing Ministry approval, Residence renewal, etc
Requirements & Skills:
Exposure to Kuwait Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly computer literate with capability in Email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to make right decisions according to the situation.
Ability to accomplish assignments within deadlines to the best of ability.
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
Experience:
– 2 years of experience in HR department (essential).
Language skills: – English & Arabic
