We’re a medium to large sized transport business, looking for a female HR & Admin Officer to join our Team in Ahmadi Kuwait.
Role: We are looking to recruit an experienced HR & Admin Officer with an excellent broad knowledge of general HR & Admin processes. Your duties will be varied but will include:
• Assisting senior management with secretarial and administrative support
• Preparation of documentation, letters, memos, faxes, presentations and spreadsheets.
• Implement and oversee all HR policy and best practices
• To provide advice and support to Finance & HR lead on matters relating to Performance Management, Disciplinary, absence management, including sick leaves
• Answering incoming calls to the Department and providing information and guidance to new clients on services provided What You’ll Need to Bring:
• A degree or equivalent
• 2-3 Years of similar work experience
• Good IT literacy is essential – excellent proficiency on Word, Excel and Powerpoint is essential
• A great team ethic, coupled with excellent communication and reporting skills These things could be an advantage:
• Familiarity to Arabic language (reading and writing)
