Name: ASMACS General Trading Co. WLL Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: Seeking a highly motivated and professional female Front Office Executive for the Executive Floor. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service to clients, visitors, and employees. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements and miscellaneous reservations. Additionally, you will support the executives in office administration and other day-to-day matters. Requirements: Any degree or equivalent qualification with similar office-related experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and office software (e.g., MS Office). Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
