We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance & Admin Manager to join our team. As the Finance and Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and administrative functions of our organization. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our business, maintaining financial stability, and enabling us to achieve our growth objectives. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements. Administration: Oversee administrative functions, including facilities, procurement, and vendor management. Streamline and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Manage and develop administrative staff to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks. Implement internal controls and best practices to safeguard company assets. Stay updated on industry and regulatory changes affecting finance and administration. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance and administrative professionals. Foster a collaborative and high- performing work environment. Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor”s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven work experience as a Finance & Admin Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong financial and accounting skills, with a deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross- functional teams.
