Receptionist

Female Receptionist Need Full Time

Our Medical Center is in need of Female Receptionist who can understand and speak ARABIC and ENGLISH. Any Nationality can apply. High School or College Diploma can apply.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet patients

2. Register patients according to established protocols assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance.

3. Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information

4. Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy

5. Maintain and manage patient records

6. Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries

7. Schedule patient appointments

8. Collect co-pays and payments

9. Report statistics as required

10. Move patients through appointments as scheduled

11. Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean

12. Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
