A General Trading Company specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Oil Field Accessories, located in Al Rai, is looking for a *Facility Administrator*.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage administrative tasks, coordinate facility maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. •Inspect company buildings and assets monthly and submit detailed reports to management.
•Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements; arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g., AC/Heating, alarms, security cameras).
•Inspect rooms, furniture, and vehicles to identify repair or renovation needs.
•Oversee office security systems, including access control, alarm systems, and surveillance equipment, ensuring all security protocols are followed and updated.
•Ensure FHC equipment is serviced and inspected annually as per expiry dates.
•Handle budgeting and financial planning for office expenses.
•Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available and restocked monthly.
•Oversee the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, common areas, and meeting rooms; design and manage cleaning and disinfection schedules for buildings and warehouses.
•Maintain updated records of invoices from external partners (e.g., suppliers, insurance agents, security services).
•Research new services and appliances to improve facilities operations.
Basic Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
•Experience: 2+ years in administrative or facilities management roles.
