Customer Care Officer Required Full Time

Job Requirements:
• Responding promptly to client’s inquiries.
• Keeping records of client’s interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

Work Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset
• Strong and confident communicator
• Bilingual (English /Arabic)

Nationality: Arab National (Can speak and understand Kuwaiti language)
Salary: 350- 400 KD
Visa Type: Visa 18 transferable
Full time and can join immediately
