We are a beauty company and we are seeking a polite and professional female call center agent to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by booking appointments, answering questions and handling complaints.

Requirements:
1. Fluency in Arabic
2. Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft tools like Excel and Word
4. Understanding of company policies and systems
