Admin Assistant (2-3 Years Experience)

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office within the hospital.
• Assist with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports related to hospital operations.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for hospital staff.
• Maintain contact lists and manage professional and personal calendars for senior hospital staff.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, and take detailed messages.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant (2-3 years), preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus. Operation Theater Manager (5-7 Years Experience)

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of medical procedures and terminology.
• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field. Marketing Manager (5-7 Years Experience)
