Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Complaint Handling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving customer complaints, logging them into the system, and ensuring proper follow-up.
Key Responsibilities: Receive and document customer complaints accurately. Enter complaints into the system for tracking and resolution. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely responses. Provide updates to customers regarding complaint status. Maintain records and generate reports as needed. Requirements: Fluent in English and Arabic Prior experience in customer service or complaint handling is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be based in Kuwait. Proficiency in using CRM or complaint management systems is an advantage.
