A leading General Contracting Company in Kuwait is looking for a young man or woman (Of any Nationality) outdoor Sales Executive /Representative. We want to hire an enthusiastic and driven outside sales Executive/representative to generate leads and drive sales. The outdoor sales representative’s responsibilities include submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of product features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints. You should also be able to create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business. Ultimately, an exceptional outside sales representative should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to meet or exceed sales targets continually.
Outdoor Sales Executive/Representative
Responsibilities:
• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
• Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by contracting company services to new and existing customers. • Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
• Researching competitors’ products and pricing as well as market conditions.
Outside Sales Representative
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills in English ;
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule, including late evenings & weekends.
• Basic computing skills, such as email and completing online forms.
• Persistent and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of General Maintenance ( HVAC, MEP & Civil Works)
• Knowledge of the industrial/commercial/contractor market.
• Experience is not required, however, the candidate should be a quick learner.
• High-reaching and results-driven. Whether it’s playing Monopoly or walking from the plane to baggage claim, you love to be first.
