Qualifications: – Bilingual Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
– Computer Proficiency: Strong skills in using computers for document management and online processes in English and Arabic.
– Extensive knowledge of Kuwait: Familiarity with local systems, ministry rules and regulations, government protocols, and procedures.
• Office General Administrative Coordinator/Messenger (Mandoob)
– Organizational Skills: Ability to manage office tasks, maintain schedules, and handle various administrative duties.
– Communication Skills: Bilingual in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written skills to coordinate with internal and external teams. – Computer Proficiency: Skilled in using office software and tools to manage documents, schedules, and communication in English and Arabic.
– Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage documentation and follow government protocols effectively. – VISA STATUS FOR BOTH POSITIONS: Candidate must be eligible for Visa 17
– government visa, (transferrable from 18 Ahli visa. No Mubarak Al Kabeer) as this role operates under an International Government contract with Kuwait.
