Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Generate and qualify leads, and follow up on potential business opportunities.
4. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
5. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
8. Collaborate with internal teams including the production team to develop and implement effective and smooth executions.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to the management team.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development and sales.
Preferred Candidate:
1. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
2. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong knowledge of sales and business development processes.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
6. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
8. Good organizational and time management skills.
9. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
10. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
11. Able to join immediately.

Job responsibilities :
-Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chairman, CEO/or other assigned leadership staff.
-Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
-Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
-Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
-Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
-Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
-Communication and follow-up with our companies abroad to ensure proper communication and organizing continuous meetings between the Chairman/CEO in Kuwait and across internationally.
-Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
-Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
-Conducts e-mail ballots of the Chairman/Management on important and urgent matters, records and informs all staffs/members and officials of the decision.
-Miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Chairman/management.
Requirements : -Excellent Bilingual (Arabic and English) verbal and written communication skills.
-Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
-Deal with confidential information and delicate situations.
-Type upwards of 70 words per minute.
