We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Coordinator cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support while also managing public relations activities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues.
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
– Manage employee relations matters and assist in resolving conflicts or issues.
– Act as the company’s PRO, liaising with government authorities and processing visa applications and other legal documents.
– Represent the company at various events and functions as required.
Requirements: – Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
– Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
– Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
– Experience in public relations or related field is a plus.
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications.
