We are looking to hire a highly motivated Invoice Admin for our well reputed IT Company.
Prospective candidates should have:
• Proven experience in Kuwait for generating invoices for IT in Both Hardware & Software products for 1 to 3yrs.
• Should be well versed with preparation of Sales Order Management & Sales Invoices.
• Must be willing to work in shifts.
• Should Possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
• Should be willing to work in Warehouse.
• Liaise with other departments and logistics to ensure the workflow is smooth.
• Coordinate and follow-up with suppliers on the orders, pending orders and delivery of items.
• Male candidates below 30 years with Visa 18 transferable only apply.
