Dear viewers, We are looking for Project Assistant/ office Secretary with the following requirements:
-A condidate who can join immediately.
– Should have Transferrable #18 Ahli/company visa only.
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient administrative support to the office, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
Handle basic Arabic-language communication with clients or partners as needed. Maintain and update office records, documents, and filing systems. Utilize computer skills for data entry, preparing reports, and creating presentations. Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure smooth office operations. Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (basic proficiency). Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management. Proactive and capable of handling confidential information. Previous experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
