We are looking for a talented HR Manager to join our team and participate in the hiring process, Develop and implement business-focused HR programs to improve business and people performance. Responsibilities
• Implement an overall recruiting strategy
• Write and post job descriptions on career websites
• Source candidates by using databases and social media
• Direct the daily operations and activities of departments responsible for in the organization.
• Accountable for the performance of each of the departments that he/she is required to manage.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure that adequate HR procedural controls are in place.
• Provide immediate solution or/and advice to employee issues & challenges. Requirements and Skills
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
• Minimum experience of 2 years.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Knowledge of principles, policies & practices of personnel & HR administration.
