We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for our office in Abu Fatira. Experience: 2-3 years Work Hours : 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturday – Thursday)
Responsibilities will be as under but not limited to :
• Maintain Diary of Appointments
• Develop and Maintain a filing system.
• Maintain an updated list of inventory.
• Handling Social media handles of the company.
• Logistics co-ordination and handling / tracking shipping documents.
• Generating Invoices and Delivery Notes.
• Follow up on Timesheet for all employees / workers
• House Keeping control.
• Track Insurance policy
• Maintain Samples / Stock Inventory logs for Showroom and Stores
• Handles Petty cash
• Maintain logs of incoming /out going couriers.
Qualification and Proficiency:
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal and have experience in composing correspondence related to his/her responsibilities.
• High School degree and certification in Microsoft Office is a must.; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
• Transferable (Article 18) Visa.
Salary – Negotiable.
